Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Solera Card Games you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
2. The app
Solera Card Games is a non-commercial traditional card-games platform (Brisca, Truco, Belote and others) with a cultural-preservation purpose, provided "as is" as a personal project.
3. Your account
You can play as a guest or register with email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account. You may delete it anytime in Settings.
4. Virtual currency and cosmetics
- Virtual currency is earned by playing. It has no real-world monetary value, is not redeemable for money, and cannot be bought with real money in this version.
- Cosmetics (themes, avatars, card backs, frames) are decorative and grant no advantage.
- Currency and cosmetics are an in-app license, not transferable property; they may be adjusted for game balance.
5. Fair play
Modified clients, exploiting bugs for currency or advantage, automation, and harassment of other players are not allowed. We may restrict accounts that break these rules.
6. Online conduct
Be respectful. Dedications and text you enter must not be illegal, offensive or infringe third-party rights.
7. Availability
As a personal project, the service may be interrupted, changed or discontinued without notice. We do not guarantee continuous availability.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or loss of progress.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be on this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
