Privacy Policy
1. Summary
Solera Card Games is a non-commercial traditional card-games app. We collect the minimum data needed for your account, progress and online play to work. We do not sell your data, show no third-party ads, and there are no in-app purchases in this version.
2. Data we process

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, microphone, advertising IDs or payment data (there are no payments). Guest mode works without an email.
3. Who processes it
Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, App Check) and Google Cloud Run (online game server); and Sentry, if enabled, for crash diagnostics. They process data on our behalf. Primary servers are in the EU.
4. Retention
While your account exists. If you delete it, data is permanently erased. Expired online matches are cleaned up automatically.
5. Children
The app is not directed at children under 16. It contains simulated gambling (virtual currency with no real-world monetary value), not real-money gambling.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can exercise them directly in the app:
- Export your data: Settings → Privacy & data → "Export my data".
- Delete your account: Settings → Privacy & data → "Delete my account".
Or by emailing soleracardgames@gmail.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Authenticated access, rules preventing reading/writing other users' data, App Check to mitigate abuse, and a server-authoritative economy (the client cannot forge it).
8. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date.
